We have pretty much given up on the download being successful. We have an email that we send the .apk as an attachment if they are unable to install directly from the server, which is nearly every case.

I have checked some of the suggestions in this post and still have problems. With our server, a user can connect to it via the public URL, and sometimes the Traveler App will download and install. However, once installed, we can't use the public URL as the server name and have had to provide end users with public IP address in order to configure Traveler. Of course, one thing management requested was for us to force a secure, port 443, connection to the server, and I don't know if that impacts the ability to download the app or retrieve mail/calendar/contacts.
